We are based in Guelph and manage properties across Southwestern and Central Ontario. Our primary markets are Guelph, Milton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and London. We also take on properties from Stratford through to Burlington on a select basis, and in South Georgian Bay (Collingwood, Thornbury and Blue Mountains) by arrangement. If your property is outside these areas, ask us anyway.

Yes. Along with our own portfolio, we manage commercial and industrial properties of any size for private owners and family-owned portfolios, including owners who live out of town.
-
Every property is different, so we quote each one individually. Fees depend on the property’s size, type, number of tenants and the scope of service you need. The easiest first step is a complimentary 30-minute review, after which we can give you a clear proposal.

An emergency is anything that puts people or the building at immediate risk. Examples are fire, flooding or an active leak, a gas smell, a total loss of power or heat in winter, or a security breach such as a broken entry door. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first, then contact us. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility.
